| Update: | Compliance Alert - Temporary reduction of the tax rate on certain goods |

According to Ordinance Poz. 2495 issued on 2 December 2022,
- A reduced rate of 0% will apply on basic food products from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023;
- A reduced VAT rate of 8% will apply on delivery, intra-Community purchase and import of selected fertilizing products. Previously, it was applied until 31 December 2024. However, Ordinance Poz. 2808 from 22 December 2022, has removed the timeframe.
