On 20 February 2023, the MH of El Salvador (“Ministerio de Hacienda”) published the document Compliance Regulations for Electronic Tax Documents – Sp. Normativa de Cumplimiento de los Documentos Tributarios Electrónicos.
The document contains information on most of the aspects of the electronic invoicing model applicable to Electronic Tax Documents – Sp. Documentos Tributarios Electrónicos.
