The tax authority of Mato Grosso has announced that the authorization Web Service consumption validation rule will be applied to NF-e and NFA-e production environments as of 2 October 2023.
This measure is part of Technical Note NT2018/002, which has been in the authorizing environment since 2018. The initiative aims to reduce the misuse of resources by taxpayers not handling errors properly and repeatedly sending the same event with the same mistakes.
Requests with errors sent in a loop by taxpayers will be rejected with the error “656-Rejection: improper consumption”.
Starting 2 October 2023, taxpayers who repeatedly transmit an NF-e for authorization with the same error will be blocked from new authorization requests for one hour if they receive two hundred rejections for the same reason in one period. After one hour, the system will unlock automatically.
