The Tax Administration Service (SAT) of Mexico announced that as of 25 October 2023, the use of v 3.0 of the Carta Porte Complement for CFDI v 4.0 will come into effect.
SAT has not yet limited the use of v 2.0 of the Carta Porte complement for CFDI v 4.0.
As a reminder, the application of fines for the incorrect issuance of CFDI with Carta Porte Version 2.0 complement was officially postponed until 31 December 2023.
SAT also published a new update to the CFDI catalogues v 4.0, which will become effective as of 6 October 2023.
The catalogues added after the modification are as follows:
