The Greek Tax Authority has made the following changes to their VAT rates:
- Services
- 4% VAT rate to the provision of services under contract for works intended solely to overcome or remove architectural obstacles restricting the mobility of persons with disabilities in public or private buildings or buildings serving the public interest.
- Goods
- 13% VAT rate for agricultural machinery, goods and tools.
Law 5057/23 governing this entered into force on 1 November 2023.
