When configuring a new route there are certain criteria that have to be met in order for the TMS-platform to be able to utilize the new setup. Here are a some basic examples to help you getting started.
The routing setup can be found under the Prepare menu.
In this menu, you are able to check if a shipment will be routed as expected and troubleshoot any shipments that either routes in an unexpected way or not at all. You are also able to manage any existing routes or create new ones in the Routes menu.
By leaving all search criteria blank and pressing search you can see all configured routes, even if they are considered inactive or invalid. When a search has been performed, three new buttons should now be presented, New, Edit and Delete (Note that the latter two are inactive until a route has been clicked and selected in the search window below).
