The tax authority of Paraguay (SET) released technical notes 18, 19 and 20.
Technical notes are adjustments that taxpayers must make to their e-invoicing system. The timelines and sections affected are listed below:
- Technical Note 18 will become effective as of 8 January 2024
- Change in validations of sections 10, 12.4, 15, 11.6.7.
- Technical Note 19 will become effective on 31 January 2024
- Change in validations of sections 11.5.2, 11.6.3, 11.6.4, 11.6.5, 11.6.6, 12.2.5.
- Technical Note 20 will become effective on 31 January 2024
- Change in validations of sections E9.5 and D3.
