Occassionally, an "Error Sending" message may be displayed in Pagero Connect, leading to documents not being sent:
When encountering this issue, performing a hard reset by closing and reopening the program can often resolve any problems. If this doesn't help, you should follow these steps:
- Log out of Pagero Connect by clicking on your email and selecting "Sign out'' to log out from your account. Then, close the program.
- Start the program again, Press ''Sign in'' and log back into your account.
After successfully logging in, please resend your documents, and they will be sent directly to Pagero Online. If the problem persists, contact Pagero support.
