On 28 December 2023, the Turkish Revenue Administration published the new Technical Guide for Invoicing of Electric Charging Services and updated the e-Arşiv Invoice Technical Guideline.
These announcements consider further guidance on the previously announced mandatory e-invoicing implementation for licensed Charging Network Operators and Charging Station Operators.
According to the recent updates, Charging Network Operators and Charging Station Operators must report the data of each e-Arşiv invoice to the TRA immediately once the e-Arşiv invoice has been issued.
