Sometimes when we release an update for the TMS-application some unintended problems can arise due to saved cookies in your browser.
Below describes steps to take for clearing the cache in both Chrome and Edge.
Chrome:
Open (1) Menu (2) More tools (3) Clear browsing data...
Select (1) All time (2) Cookies and other site data (3) Cached images files and click on (4) Clear data. Now restart Chrome
Microsoft Edge:
Open Settings
Click on (1) Privacy, search and services (2) Choose what to clear
Then choose (1) All time (2) Cookies and other site data (3) Cached images and files. Then click on (4) Clear now. Now restart Edge.
