The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has recently published a message to market participants, mainly service providers, about the continued participation and compliance with e-invoicing requirements, as the fourth obligation phase is ending on 29 February 2024.
ZATCA continues to extend gratitude, considering the progress of the electronic invoicing obligations adopted in the jurisdiction.
Furthermore, the authority informs parties that Article Ten of the agreement associated with service providers states the consequences of non-compliance with obligations.
The above article entails the right of the parties to terminate agreements if any of them fails to fulfil their obligations.
