The Tax Administration Service (SII) has issued an update on the Electronic Tax Document Format v2.4.2.
The update introduces a new section on "wood handling data" (Sp.: Datos de manejo de la madera), which is relevant to individuals and legal entities engaged in commercial operations of buying and selling of wood or the transportation of this raw material from one point to another, including logs and timber.
This requirement originates from Executive Resolution 123/2021 and complementary regulations.
The above regulations collectively mandate the inclusion of georeferencing information in dispatch guides and sales invoices issued by taxpayers in the forestry sector.
The updated document includes the following connexions for adding georeferencing information:
- <ComunaRolOrigen>;
- <MnzRolOrigen>;
- <PrdRolOrigen>;
- <CodPlanConaf>;
- <LatitudOrigenMadera>;
- <LongitudOrigenMadera>;
- <SistemaReferenciaMadera>.
Additionally, it is specified that the field "<CodPlanConaf>" has increased its size to 40 characters.
