Ecuador's Internal Revenue Service (SRI) has released an updated version of the Technical Sheet for Offline Electronic Documents, version 2.26.
The fundamental changes in this update include:
- VAT Rate Percentages: Table 17 has been updated with the new percentage rates for the Value Added Tax (IVA);
- Income Tax Withholding Percentage Catalogue: The Income Tax withholding percentages catalogue has been updated.
This technical sheet provides detailed information about issuing electronic documents in the offline scheme. Taxpayers should review the updated technical sheet to ensure compliance with the latest specifications.
