Update: Compliance Alert - Latest updates in the MDFe portal

On 13 March 2024, a Technical Note 2024.001 - v.1.02 was published on the MDFe portal. The update includes an exception in the National Land Transportation Agency’s (ANTT) validation rules for scheduled passenger carriers, allowing up to 20 000 original documents per municipality for downloading.

 

The main changes are as follows

  • ANTT Validation Rules: Apply to the Validation Rejections (RVs): F89b, F108, F109, F110, F111 and F112. 

           - Please note: this validation rule does not apply to companies (CNPJ14) accredited to issue 

             Electronic Tickets (BPe).

  • A Schema Change in the Electronic Manifest of Fiscal Documents (MDFe): The Electronic Manifest of Fiscal Documents (MDF-e) schema has been modified to allow up to 20 000 original documents per municipality to download.

These changes will become effective as of 8 April 2024.

In addition, the Asynchronous Service, MDFeRecepcao and MDFeRetornoRecepcao, will be deactivated on 30 June 2024 due to the synchronous service responding immediately upon authorization.
