If your company is part of a company group, there is no need to add user accounts separatively for each individual company. Instead, user management can be done utilizing the company group settings in Pagero Online. Note that you must be Company Group Administrator in order to manage your group's users and entities.
What is a company group?
In Pagero Online, company groups consist of multiple companies that have been setup to share their userbase and settings in order to make managing them easier. Instead of creating a different user account for each company, you can switch which company you wish to inspect directly in Pagero Online.
What can I do in the Company Group section?
Company Group section in Pagero Online is divided into three parts: Groups, Companies and Users. It is here where Company Group Administrators can manage which companies belong to the group and which users can access which companies.

Groups
- Company Group can be split further into smaller sub-groups, which makes it easier to grant access for users to multiple companies at once. Having these sub-groups is also useful in order to keep the company structure clear and organized. For example a large multi-national organization can benefit for having smaller groups based on nation or continent.

Companies
- In Companies tab, you'll find a list of all the companies that are currently included in the company group. Here, Company Group Administrators can manage access rights for individual companies, as well as add new company into the company group.

Users
- Individual user rights are managed in Users tab. Here, Company Group Administrators can inspect all the users inside the company group and edit their access rights to different companies and sub-groups. It is here, where a Company Group Administrator can also grant Company Group Administrators rights to other users inside the group.
What is a Company Group Administrator?
Company Group Administrators are dedicated user that have administrator rights to each company included in the company group. If you do not see Company Group section in Pagero Online's Settings, you do not have administrator rights on a company group level. Only an existing Company Group Administrator can give the same rights to a new person. This is done in Company Group - Users by clicking the Set button in Company group admin column.
How to add new user to multiple companies?
- First, you need to make sure the user account has been created for one of the companies inside the Company Group. More info on how to create new users in Pagero Online can be found here.
- In Pagero Online, go to Settings - Company group - Groups. Here you can see all the different sub-groups that has been setup for your company group. Click to open the group you wish to give access to for user(s). If you have no groups, you may choose Create group.
- Click Users - Add user. This will open a list of all users that have rights to at least one of the entities within your company group. Choose the user you wish to grant access and press Add. After this, you can close the pop-up window.
- Click Edit roles for that user. This will open another pop-up window where you can choose what the user is allowed to do.
How to add an company to a group?
- Login to Pagero Online and go to Settings - Company group - Groups. Here you can see all the different groups that has been setup for your entities. If you have no groups, you may choose Create group. When creating a new group, you must choose a name for it. After this, you can follow the rest of the guide.
- Click the group you wish to manage, then press Add company. This will open a pop-up window with a list of all the entities that exist within your company group. Click Add.
How to add user to a single company?
- In Pagero Online and go to Settings - Company group - Companies. Here you can see all the companies that exist within your company group. Click the company you wish to manage.
- Click Access for single users - Add. A pop-up window with all user accounts that has access to at least one of the companies existing within your company group. Choose the user you wish to grant access by pressing Add.
- Close the pop-up window. Find the user you just added and go to Edit roles to manage their specific rights to the company.
