| Update: | Compliance Alert - SAT updates catalogues for Carta Porte complement |

On 19 March 2024, the Mexican tax authority (SAT) published updated catalogues for the Carta Porte complement, versions 2.0 and 3.0, which became effective the same day. New XSD files have also been added for both versions of the complement.
They are available on the SAT website here.
The following 15 elements are added to the c_NumAutorizacionNaviero catalogue in both versions:

The extension for taxpayers to issue the CFDI with a Carta Porte complement in version 2.0 is valid until 31 March 2024.
As of 1 April 2024, version 3.0 has to be used.
