The different ways you can handle and edit your Price lists may be confusing. Here are some tips that can help you find your way!
When your Price list is created (under Settle --> Create Price list, or Cost Control --> Create Freight Price List), you can now view it under Settle --> Price lists, or Cost Control --> Manage Freight Price Lists. Choose the Price list you would like to view by pressing any hyperlink, for example the ''ID''.
Freight Cost
If your Price list type is Postal Code Area
Under ''Manage'' you will have some options in a drop-down list. Choose ''Freight Cost'' and press search to get the view you see in the image below.
Logistic service - If the price list is valid for multiple logistic services, a specific logistic service can be selected for a certain line.
From postal code area - If the freight cost at line level should be valid only from a certain departure postal code area.
(the area used here must be defined as a postal code area and “Departure postal code area”/”Departure postal code” in price list header must be left blank)
To postal code area - If the freight cost at line level should be valid only to a certain destination postal code area.
(the area used here must be defined as a postal code area)
Max value - The maximum value the freight charge line is valid for. The value is based on the price list's line cost driver e.g. a maximum weight or volume value.
Price - The freight charge for each cost driver unit, e.g. the price per kg.
Cost driver - Cost driving unit for calculating the freight charge at line level.
Valid from - The date the line is valid from
Minimum price - The minimum amount the line generates as freight charge, even if the calculated freight charge is lower.
Currency - Line currency for calculating the freight charge. If left blank, the main currency will be used.
Benefit calculation - If set to Y and the next interval with a larger max value is more beneficial, that price is used.
Note - Free text field for notes

Some fields are the same as for the Postal Code Area Price list, below is the field that differ.
Max value - The maximum weight the freight charge line is valid for.

Distance - The maximum distance the freight charge line is valid for.
