The different ways you can handle and edit your Price lists may be confusing. Here are some tips that can help you find your way!
When your Price list is created (under Settle --> Create Price list, or Cost Control --> Create Freight Price List), you can now view it under Settle --> Price lists, or Cost Control --> Manage Freight Price Lists. Choose the Price list you would like to view by pressing any hyperlink, for example the ''ID''.
Additional Fees
Under ''Manage'' you will have some options in a drop-down list. Choose ''Additional Fees'' and press search to get the view you see in the image below.
Fee - The type of additional fee
Max value - The maximum value the additional charge is valid for. The value is based on the price list´s cost driver e.g. weight or volume.
From postal code area -If the additional charge at line level should be valid only from a certain departure postal code area (the area added here must be defined as a postal code area and Departure postal code area/Departure postal code in price list header must be left blank).
To postal code area - If the additional charge at line level should be valid only to a certain destination postal code area (the area added here must be defined as a postal code area).
Price - The price for each unit specified in cost driver, e.g. the price per kg.
Cost driver - Cost driving unit for calculating the additional charge (can be different from the main cost driver).
Valid from - The date the additional charge on the line is valid from.
Currency - Line currency for calculating the additional charge. If left blank the main currency will be used.
Minimum price - Minimum amount the line generates for the additional charge, even if the calculated amount for the charge is lower.
Add before fee percent - Valid for additional services only. If set to Y, the additional service will be added to the freight charge before any percentage additional charges are added.
Part of fuel - If set to Y, the additional charge will be added to the freight charge before the percentage fuel fee is added.
Use bulk value - If set to N, the bulk value should not be used when calculating the additional fee.
