Due to recent events like floods and power shutdowns affecting Porto Alegre, Sefaz RS has implemented emergency measures.
Among other measures:
- Temporary interruption of one of the Datacenters operation;
- Transfer of some services to the cloud.
All Electronic Tax Document (DFe) services are operational. Companies facing difficulties should check internet configurations. Communication should point to service URLs, not IP addresses.
Service URLs remain unchanged, with requests directed to the best-performing service.
