The Web Service uses a security scheme based on “WS-Security”. It’s a security level which ensures that the stipulated security requirements are met through the use of certificates and digital signatures.
The update includes the new service WS_Consultas / EFACCONSULTARRUCEMISORES TRANSICIONCOMPRIMIDOPROV.
This new web service returns an XML with information on the RUC of electronic issuers, their end date of the transition period, contact email with other issuers, web service URL, and technical contact email.
