On 1 June 2024, IMDA (Info-Communications Media Development Authority) and OpenPeppol published the May 2024 releases for SG BIS Billing 3.0 v. 3.0.13 and PINT-SG v. 1.1.0. The changes will ensure that the businesses will remain compliant to the requirements for IRAS’s Tax compliant invoice fields.
SG Peppol BIS Billing v3 v. 3.0.13
The changes include updated GST rates, new business rules and terms for the GST Invoice and InvoiceNow requirements together with changes to the validation artefacts. The timelines are as follows:
- Release date: 1 June 2024;
- Mandatory use date: 1 September 2024.
Singapore PINT-SG Invoice v. 1.1.0
The update includes additions of the GST category code, business terms and business rules for the GST requirements. Moreover, some changes have been adopted from the general PINT v. 1.0.2.
