The Mexican Tax Authority (SAT) has published updates to the Carta Porte 3.1 technical documentation. As of 17 July 2024, taxpayers must adhere to the Carta Porte’s “Bill of Lading” supplements which include changes to the following aspects:
- Auto transport;
- Maritime;
- Aerial; and
- Railway
SAT has also updated the related relevant catalogues.
