The Mexican Tax Authority (SAT) updated the Carta Porte 3.1 technical documentation. As of 26 July 2024, taxpayers must adhere to the Carta Porte’s “Bill of Lading” schema which includes changes to the following aspects:
- Auto transport;
- Maritime;
- Aerial; and
- Railway
Taxpayers that adjust their issuance systems based on the affected validations, catalogs, and schemes must implement the modifications indicated in the previous paragraphs to comply with the change reported by SAT.
