Introducing a Country-Specific Default Invoice PDF Presentation Layout for Spain

We are excited to introduce a default PDF presentation for invoices and credit notes, specifically designed for Spain.

We will begin rolling this out to our platform starting on August 26, 2024.

This PDF presentation layout (for invoices and credit notes) is generated and used when customers do not attach their own PDF presentation, or when customers have made an active choice to enable our layout in their company settings in Pagero Online. This does not affect customers who have their own customer-specific PDF presentation layout built by Pagero.

The reason for this change is that Spain has multiple tax regions, and we want to better display the tax types depending on the region. Apart from the new features, the layout will have the same appearance and level of data support compared to the current version in place.
