AFIP announced an updated threshold for reporting recipient data in invoices issued to final consumers.
Recipient data must be specified for invoices equal to or exceeding 344 488 ARS (ca. EUR 336 68).
For transactions equal to or greater than 172 244 ARS (ca. EUR 168 31), recipient data must be provided if payment is not made using credit or debit cards, non-bank prepaid cards, or other approved payment methods by the Central Bank of Argentina.
Required Data:
- Surname and first name;
- Address;
- CUIT/CUIL/CDI, or identity document number (LE, LC, DNI, or Passport/CI for foreigners).
