On 7 August 2024, the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) published new versions of the Completion Instructions for the Carta Porte v3.1 Complement.
These instructions, also known as “Completion Guides,” detail the correct way to fill out and issue a CFDI with the Carta Porte v3.1 Complement for various means of transport, including auto, maritime, air, and rail.
The guides cover technical and legal aspects taxpayers must consider to meet the SAT's requirements.
These new guides are effective immediately from their publication date and can be downloaded directly from the SAT website.
