A new update has been released addressing the simplified CT-e (Electronic Transport Document) and related schemas. This update has been detailed in version 1.02 of Technical Note 2024.002.
Key changes include:
- Code Adjustments: The codes for the Simplified CT-e have been updated — now set to 5 for Simplified CT-e and 6 for Simplified Replacement. This change addresses the previous overlap, where code 4 was already assigned to the Electronic Valuables Transport Guide (GTV-e).
- Layout Description Update: The description for item 2.1.3 has been revised from "Processed CT-e Layout" to "Response Protocol Layout," with a note clarifying that the simplified CT-e uses the same model as the standard CT-e, differentiated only by type.
- New Simplified CT-e Layout: A new layout for Simplified CT-e Sharing (procCTeSimp) has been added as item 2.1.4.
Implementation timelines revised:
- Homologation: 16 September 2024 (previously 2 September 2024);
- Production: 21 October 2024 (previously 10 July 2024).
