The Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) has released the latest update to the blacklist under Article 69-B of the Federal Tax Code (CFF) on 31 July 2024.
This list includes taxpayers who issued receipts without the necessary assets, personnel, infrastructure, or capacity to provide the services or goods mentioned, or who cannot be located, indicating potential simulated operations.
