In our Support Center, we highly recommend to check out our different sections to find interesting and useful information.
Here you can find downloads such as TeamViewer, which is the tool Pagero Support uses if it's needed to get temporary access to our customer. Also, other downloads are connected to our services. |

Service Status updates
In our Service status section, you can find and subscribe to monitor our services' operational status, incident reports, and maintenance schedules. Visit our Service Status through the first page of the Support Center or directly at: https://status.pagero.com/. On the Service Status page, you can follow the progress of ongoing as well as read about resolved updates.
Subscribe for updates
To get notifications on Pagero Service Status and make sure to be updated on production status, please subscribe for updates.
- Click on the button Subscribe to updates on the right side.
- Then fill in the e-mail address you wish to receive updates on and press Subscribe via email.
- After this, you can choose which services' updates you'd wish to receive.
Complete! You will now receive all published Service Status updates in your e-mail.
Manage subscription
To manage your subscription you access it via either of the below ways
- Click on the link in a received notification
- Follow the steps in Subscribe for updates
Check in the service you want to subscribe to and click SAVE
Contacting our Support
In the Support Center, you can find answers to questions or issues you may have regarding your Pagero Services in our Guides and FAQ. If your question or issue can't be resolved with our knowledge base, and you need advanced technical help, you can always contact our support agents. We provide 24/7 English assistance via tickets, chat, and phone.
Submit a request
Creating a ticket is the most efficient way to contact Pagero Support, since it will ensure that the support agent will get as much information as possible to start working on the request. Additionally, this is the best way for you to keep track of your current request.

Chat
Pagero offers English chat 24/7. To contact Support via chat, please press the button on the lower right-hand side of the page. Localized chat is also available for different languages inside business hours of the corresponding office.
Phone
To reach Pagero's phone support, find a link to phone numbers and opening hours in the footer of the Support Center first page.
Teamviewer
Granting access to your session may be necessary when contacting technical support: we may ask you to grant us temporary access to your session. This will allow us to connect to your interface and retrieve all relevant information related to your problem.
Using this procedure grants us temporary access to your session without revealing your password, which will never be disclosed to anyone.

Submit a request
Creating a ticket is the most efficient way to contact Pagero Support since it will ensure that the support agent will get as much information as possible to start working on the request.
Submitting a request
1. Start by visiting our Support Center and click the SUBMIT REQUEST icon in the upper right corner
2. Choose the platform or function in the drop-down menu depending on what your request concerns
3. Fill in the form. For an optimal assistance by Pagero's Support team, we recommend adding a detailed description of the problem, including:

4. When done, click the Submit button at the bottom of the form to send in your request.
Follow and update the ticket
To be able to follow and update your tickets, you need to log in. After you have created a ticket an account has automatically been created, all you need to do now is to create a password.
If you already have a password, just log in and fill in your credentials. You can then jump to the section My activities below. |
1. Click on LOG IN at the top menu
2. Click the link Get a password and follow the instructions to create a password
3. When you have set your password and are logged in, you are now able to see the status of your support request under My activities, and can easily update it with new information if needed.
You will always receive an e-mail notification when your request has been updated. |

Organization requests With this feature, you get an overview of all the requests that are associated with your organization.

5. For each of the above parts you will have an overview of all the requests, click on the request you would like to review or add more information to see more information. You can answer the request, and add additional information and attachments.
Create your Support Center account
Create an account to follow up on submitted requests, follow articles and keep track of you previous requests.
To submit a request to Pagero Support you don't need to create an account, since it will be done automatically. All that is needed to be able to review the request is a password, which you can find how to get in this guide as well. |

Start by visiting our Support Center and click the LOG IN icon in the upper right corner
- Enter the requested information, then click button Sign up and follow the instructions
- If you have already sent a request to Pagero Support, instead click link Get a password and follow the instructions to create a password
