Version 1.20 of Technical Note No. 2024/001 has been published, focusing on removing the denial event and updating CRT 4 for MEIs (Microentrepreneurs).
The main changes include revised production dates for authorization environments and a shift from denial events to rejection rules, in line with SINIF Adjustment No. 43/2023. It also adjusts CFOPs and CRT for MEI.
Initially planned to take effect on 2 September 2024, the implementation has been postponed to 16 September 2024. Some validation rules related to CRT 4 for MEI will only apply starting 1 April 2025.
