The Dutch Peppol Authority (NPa) has released the autumn version of the validation artifacts of SI-UBL 2 (NLCIUS) and Peppol BIS 3.
Both validation artifacts will become mandatory from 17 February 2025.
The underlying validation rules for European Standard EN-16931 have been updated to version 1.3.13.
