Why is the “Send” button in Pagero Connect is not working?


  1. Make sure you are logged on and connected to Pagero Connect, by looking at the connection button on the top right corner, of the program window. If the button is yellow, this means that the program is trying to make a connection to Pagero Online.
  2. Click the button and cancel the login, then try to log on into the application again.
  3. If the button is green, it means that you are logged in and connected and ready to send your invoices.
