The Polish Minister of Finance has issued a regulation on 22 December 2024 amending the rules on reduced VAT rates. Under this regulation, the reduced VAT rates will remain in effect until 31 March 2025, extending the previous deadline of 31 December 2024.
The regulation is effective as of 31 December 2024.
