Create a Price List Header - Postal Codes

Once you have the mandatory information in place, you can choose if you would like to add even more parameters. Here you can find a guide on adding the mandatory information.

Please note that the more information you add to the non-mandatory parameters, the more specific the Price List will be. This means that if you for example want your price list to be exclusive to certain postal code area, a shipment with the ''incorrect'' area will not be matched to the Price List, even if the other parameters are correct.

Here is an example:

We have filled in all mandatory fields, now we would like to add more parameters to this Price List. We assume that all mandatory fields match for our shipment, now we want to specify further. Our shipment will be matched to this Price List if Country of departure is Sweden, postal code 111 22 and with the Country of destination being the United States. We also want this Price List to be valid between 01/01/2025 and 07/31/2025.

We can also choose to specify the postal code area instead, but please note, you cannot specify both Departure postal code area and Departure postal code in a Price List. The Departure postal code area field is usually only used in case of several price lists for the same Logistics service.

No matter which of the two you choose, the Country of departure is mandatory.
