| Update: | Compliance Alert – New version 1.10 of the e-invoicing guidelines released |

On April 1, 2025, the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate, AdE) published the latest version of their e-invoicing guidelines (Guida alla compilazione delle fatture elettroniche e dell’esterometro).
This version introduces document type TD29 for communicating omitted or irregular invoicing (under Article 6, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree 471/97) and includes a modification to the description of document type TD20.
These changes reflect FatturaPA’s technical specifications version 1.9, which came into effect on April 1, 2025, as previously reported.
