We are aware of an issue affecting the processing of documents for our customers using the Malaysian flow, which is caused by an update in the validation which LHDN (Malaysian Revenue Board) performs.
The disruption began after LHDN conducted scheduled maintenance on April 11th, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM CEST and April 12th, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM CEST, and has resulted in some documents being rejected by LHDN.
