| Update: | Compliance Alert – NSO technical rules v. 4.13 and error messages v. 1.4 announced |

On March 7, the General Accounting Office of the State (Ragioneria Generale dello Stato) announced the publication of version 4.13 of NSO's (Nodo Smistamento Ordini) technical rules, along with version 1.4 of the specific rules and error messages.
Main changes in version 4.13 of the technical rules
- Updated instructions regarding the indication of additional references to codes and documents (Paragraph 3.3.3.3);
- Added guidelines from the Peppol Release 2024 (Paragraph 3.3.1.3);
- For order and pre-agreed orders, the ID element for additional goods and/or service features has been added at the order line level.
Main changes in version 1.4 of the specific rules and error messages
- Error code “NSO_066” was changed from recommendation to fatal (blocking error). NSO_066 states that at least one of the following elements must be specified:

- Buyer’s Legal Registration Identifier (cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:CompanyID) or
- Buyer's Tax Identifier (cac:PartyTaxScheme/cbc:CompanyID).
