We want to address how Pagero responds to the challenge that our society faces from the Corona virus (covid-19) and our plans to continue to deliver our services and obligations to you, our customers.
Our services are built for cloud operation and are not dependent on physical presence in our office locations, so we have the flexibility to operate our services regardless of location. As part of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), all our employees are equipped with mobile devices and secure communication via VPN is always in use, which enables us to work from anywhere, like home offices, in case we need to close down offices or for security reasons put our staff in quarantine. Any such measures will not interrupt operations.
Pagero has taken precautionary measures to reduce the risk of any service disruption. To date, we have taken the following actions in order to secure business continuity:
- Key employees are working from home
- All employees are recommended to work remotely in order to maintain social distancing
- All our employees are asked to switch to virtual meetings
- We are continuing to monitor the situation and will make the necessary adjustments based on our own assessment and regulatory directives and recommendations
Our support services will be available in all channels with all necessary tools to support you.
Although Pagero is self-sufficient, we are in constant dialogue with applicable third-party suppliers to ensure continuity in our services and that our suppliers have sufficient plans in place. In some areas, local disturbances in some services may occur and more information is available at our Support Center.
