The Belgium finance public service has announced the extension of, among other things, the reduced VAT rate on the supply and import of masks and hydroalcoholic gels. Thus, the 6% reduced VAT rate will remain applicable in these goods until 30 June 2021.
Previously, the reduced VAT rate would last until 31 March 2021. With the latest news, it has now been extended by a further three months.
