On 13 April 2021, Pagero has notified you about new e-document archiving requirements, which were expected to enter into force on 7 June 2021.
AGID, the Italian Digitalization Agency, has postponed entry into force of these e-document archiving rules until 1 January 2022.
Besides the delayed implementation timeframe, AGID has modified metadata requirements. This includes adding new metadata elements and changing the description of some fields. The updated Guidelines and associated appendices are available on the AGID website.
Pagero is carefully reviewing the new metadata requirements and will update you once the necessary changes are due to implementation and whether any actions will be needed from your side.
