Cause of the issue:
Maintenance work on the server hosting the FTP/SFTP and AS2 services resulted incorrect permissions being applied to critical files on the server resulting in all AS2 and FTP/SFTP services becoming unavailable. The SFTP service was brought online a few hours after the incident was identified, but AS2 services was not up and running until 12 hours later.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and have taken needed actions ensuring that this type of incident should never happen again.

We have experienced an outage of the SFTP service that was identified at 2021-08-11 18:52 CEST. The server and sftp service are back online and documents are coming in to PO again as usual. The issue was resolved at 2021-08-11 22:10 CEST.
- Customers cannot send documents to Pagero’s SFTP service.
- Customers cannot send documents to Pagero’s AS2 service.
- Customers cannot fetch document from Pagero’s SFTP service.
- Customers sending documents to other companies fetching their documents from Pagero’s SFTP service.
We again apologize for any inconvenience this issue might have caused and will update with the cause of the issue shortly.

All other services in Pagero Online are available and working correctly.
