Reason for the interruption was that a central storage system became unavailable for a period of time during a system update. No data was lost, but processing and access via e.g. Web and API was affected since no data could be retrieved from that storage area during the time of the incident.

We’re currently investigating a service outage that was identified at 17:25 CEST in Pagero Online and was resolved around 18:00 CEST. The issue is solved and the Pagero Online web is up and running again.
The interruption affected customers in the following way:
- Unable to access Pagero Online web/api
Delays in document processing
