We experienced a service outage that was identified at 19:40 CEST in Pagero Online and lasted until 00:05 CEST. The outage was caused by a network failure, creating an outage in several services vital for the document delivery. When the cause of the network issue was identified and resolved, services got back online and documents were processed and delivered as usual.
The interruption affected customers in the following way:
Documents were not processed.
No information was lost during the incident but delivery was delayed.
The incident has now been resolved and services are available and working as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

We’re currently investigating a service outage that was identified at 19:40 CEST in Pagero Online. The outage seems to be caused by a network failure that caused several services to fail and not recover. The
interruption affects customers in the following way:
- Document processing and delivery delayed.
