On 12 October 2021, the Latvian Ministry of Finance announced that the Cabinet of Ministers had given their consent to implement a mandatory e-invoicing system in the B2B and B2G segments as of 2025.
Peppol e-delivery network will be adopted as a single standard for sending and receiving e-invoices.
