Vietnamese Government has announced to reduce VAT by 30% to stimulate the economic recovery from the pandemic.
From 1 November 2021 to 31 December 2021, a 30% reduction will apply to the following goods and services:
- Transportation
- Accommodation
- Catering and services related to tourism
- Publication products
- Cinematographic services
- Television production
- Museums
- Sports and entertainment
Please note that software and online services are excluded from this measure.
