The first thing you need to do is check whether your agreement allows for another user. If it doesn’t, you will need to contact our sales department. If it does, do as follows:
- Log into Pagero Online.
- Press ‘'Settings’' in Pagero Online. (not on the E-banking platform). Only your company admin has the right to do this.
- Press ‘'User'’, then '‘New User’'. Enter the details of the user.
- The new user will receive an activation email, allowing them to set their password and complete the account activation process.
- When the new user have activated their account you can start by giving them authorizations in the E-banking solution. Do this under ‘'Settings'’ in Pagero Online, (not on the E-banking platform). Only your company admin has the right to do this.
- Press ‘'User'’, as well as the user for whom you wish to set an authorization.
- A list will then open up below, with the various authorizations the user can have. Select the roles you wish to assign to the user, then click the "Save" button to confirm your choices.
