The Mexican Tax Authority SAT has informed on its website the grace period for the implementation of the new version of Carta Porte.
Carta Porte is a complement that CFDIs (e-documents) related to transported goods must contain. Even though the new version of Carta Porte has been mandatory since 01 January 2022, there will be a grace period of 3 months, until 31 March 2021, where no penalties are applied on that matter.
