On the 2nd of December 2021 Pagero enabled support for Unicode characters in filenames to be able to support languages and markets that use other characters than Latin.

Before the change, all Unicode characters was automatically replaced with an underscore e.g., T_nCompany.123.xml. After the change, the actual Unicode character will be used e.g., TénCompany.123.xml.
Who could be affected?
- If the ERP system don’t support all Unicode characters
- If logic has been implemented on receiver side based on file name matching when importing and processing files into the ERP system
What to do?
- Unsure if you are affected or not, we recommend that you check if there are any issues with importing files into the ERP system after the 2nd of December
