The Bolivian tax administration (SIN) has announced a new group of taxpayers to comply with the e-invoicing mandate requirements in the country.
As from 1 April 2022, 2 491 legal entities needed to start issuing e-invoices through the platform SIAT, mandated by the tax authority.
Besides this taxpayer category, new groups selected by the SIN are expected to switch to e-invoicing over the next three years, with an exception of companies under the simplified tax regime.
