Mass adoption of TicketBai software was planned for 1 October 2022 in the province of Álava.
However, due to the request of large taxpayer groups in Álava, the Tax Authority has delayed the obligation to adopt TicketBai software until 1 December 2022.
In addition to that, 60-year-old freelancers are exempt from the TicketBai obligation. This exemption will apply to nearly 3000 taxpayers in Álava.
The deadlines for TicketBai adoption in the remaining two provinces remain unaltered.
